Rehearsals are on Sundays unless noted. Rehearsal times and locations are in the Musician & Family Handbook, and AYO emails will share any schedule changes.
Dates and times are subject to change. AYO will not make a required change to a rehearsal or concert without giving musicians two weeks’ notice.

Concert attire: Sinfonietta, Serenata & Canzonetta

What to bring
Instrument and printed music, a sharpened pencil, a tuner, a folding stand if needed, and a water bottle.
Playing evaluations
All five orchestras hold periodic playing tests that help conductors guide each musician’s growth.
Instrument insurance
We strongly recommend insuring every instrument. Heritage Insurance Services and Clarion Associates both specialize in musical instruments.
